Be assured that your child will have an incredible experience.

-Getting into the 'writing zone'
-Developing craft and style

-Mastering the writing process
-Using powerful imagery and literary devices
-Exploring unconventional genres (blogs, rants, manifestos, etc.)

Each day students:
-Write what they choose

-Write from the heart
-Share meaningfully

-Develop community

-Reflect and think deeply

-Engage in craft/technique lessons
-Participate in improv games and word play

-The writing ability of participants is not important. However, CoJu is specifically for young adults that enjoy writing.

-Our goal is to help writers develop their passion, their voice and a meaningful relationship with writing. We empower kids to tap into their deepest truths and to ignite a fire within that is ultimately life changing.

-CoJu is designed to be fun and to empower students to write about what is personally inspiring.
